This is one of the most hazardous places you may ever have seen. No repairs were done to my apartment when I moved in 2019 and the AC in the living room did not work. I asked them to fix it, yet they pledged to do so, visiting the office every single This is one of the most hazardous places you may ever have seen. No repairs were done to my apartment when I moved in 2019 and the AC in the living room did not work. I asked them to fix it, yet they pledged to do so, visiting the office every single day up until the COVID-19 pandemic hit the country in 2020, when I had no other option but to sign the lease. Guess what? The AC was eventually fixed in 2021. The stove has been broken for a year and is still not repaired. The carpets were out of date and they did not change them even when I renewed the lease. They charged us for rubbish disposal and residential cleaning, though they never did it, and the grass has grown everywhere, leading to water seeping beneath the houses and risking their collapse (I have video evidence of this). Electrical cables are exposed outside (which should be securely covered) and this could cause death. A woman even pointed a gun at my child, yet when I informed them, they did not even ask her to leave. Despite all this, they increased the rent without giving any notice. I had to renew my lease in order to contact the Local Code Enforcement Officer and reclaim all my money. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! more ... hide ...
