The community its self is nice but the Manager is very rude Shes a liar She say one thing and do another She was afraid of one of the other tenant that lived down stairs calling cooperate on her The tenant down stairs was complaining about noise for The community its self is nice but the Manager is very rude Shes a liar She say one thing and do another She was afraid of one of the other tenant that lived down stairs calling cooperate on her The tenant down stairs was complaining about noise for four months but she played music as loud as she could from time to time the manager stated that the tenant downstairs could do what she want because she pay bills at the apartment The tenant threatened to call corporate on the manager the manager came with threats to the family of the other tenant that lived upstairs The family explained to the manager they had no where to go she agreed with the upstairs tenant to allow her and her family to stay until oct 1 The downstairs tenant kept complaining the manager went told the family they had seven days to stay at the location she said it was private property and she can do what she want the family member told her to do what you have to and God will do the rest She told the family to get out she came back with a rude police officer The manager told the upstairs tenant that she will move her and give her a down stairs apartment the tenant asked about it she threatened to put her out for noise level the tenant upstairs family member was at the apartment keeping kids the manager knew all about it she said thats why the woman up stairs before the other tenant left because the tenant down stairs was complaining about her kids If you already knew how this woman was why move anyone in the apartment with kids She told the upstairs tenant she wasnt going to charge her to break her least just pay on the water bill She didnt try to kick the family out until the tenant down stairs threaten to call corporate she said that everyone one in the unit was complaining but that was a lie only one tenant complained and the family knew it was the tenant downstairs and all of them downstairs are friends and friends with the manager This is not a place where I would recommend anyone to live more ... hide ...

This place is horrible I live here over 2 years have broken disown cars that just here take up parking grounds are not clean apt doesnt care

Worst apartment experience ever WARNINGROACH INFESTATION I waited over a month for a unit because they said the entire inside of the apartment had to be completely done over After a month I received a phone call saying the unit was move in ready Come Worst apartment experience ever WARNINGROACH INFESTATION I waited over a month for a unit because they said the entire inside of the apartment had to be completely done over After a month I received a phone call saying the unit was move in ready Come to find out the unit was infested with roaches dead roaches all on top of kitchen cabinets roach feces all over the place and had a bad roach order Master bedroom toilet was stained and not fit to sit on After about 3 weeks of so called pest control there were still roaches so I took it upon my self to fill in all the cracks Next thing I know I get a call saying they will give me my money back because I seemed unhappy and would not give me my deposit back because supposedly I messed up flooring by filling in all the cracks where roaches were coming in at Mind you I never stayed one night in the roach infested place BEWAREThey will move you in in an unhealthy place and dont care FILTHY PEOPLE more ... hide ...

Very friendly and helpful staff Only complaint is my neighbors upstairs are soooo noisy Love the quiet and family friendly atmosphere
