The landlord is no longer Mary and Nathan Its hard to get ahold of the land lord I scheduled a meeting to talk about certain issues and nobody showed up When putting in maintenance requests they rarely respond They have an option to come when you are The landlord is no longer Mary and Nathan Its hard to get ahold of the land lord I scheduled a meeting to talk about certain issues and nobody showed up When putting in maintenance requests they rarely respond They have an option to come when you are home with maintenance requests but they just walk in when you are not there They say they clean and sweep the floors and spray for bugs but They dont its disgusting 2 residents had vehicles stolen and they didnt seem to care They also dont salt the parking lot My car was hit and they have cameras but good luck getting anyone to look at them Also they were fixing the roof and my wife ran over a roofing nail imagine that Oh ya and the Landlord is never in officeSeriously dont live here its horriblennUpdate the owner finally looked at my review after a year Thats great But yeah stop saying you spray and care for residents You guys never responded to maintaining requests and yes even after the apartments were sprayed sprayed there was still roaches more ... hide ...

I sincerely appreciate you all replying to my two-month-old review; however, I will not be getting in contact with you again. You wasted my time and were highly disorganized. You wasted my time and were highly disorganized. The landlord was texting me when I had already been sending two other women my information through emails. How come my information had not been forwarded to this alleged landlord like they declared it would? Then in just one weekend, they informed me that the flat I had applied for had been given to someone else who was deposit-ready. I was prepared to pay the deposit too! They made me go through the application and credit check procedure first. It is unbelievable how the flat was given to somebody else in one weekend. When I checked with you all if you had any apartments available, the rent had increased from 800 to almost 1000, and I was told I had to pay a total of 3000 (security deposit, first month, and last month), when at first the security deposit was 600 plus first month (795). That's how we went from that to 3000. I am so glad I found somewhere else. more ... hide ...
