This place is falling apart and so is the management Moved in and the oven did not work a few burners on the stove top stopped working 8 months ago and every time maintenance has come to fix them he is rude and it doesnt get fixed Management failed t This place is falling apart and so is the management Moved in and the oven did not work a few burners on the stove top stopped working 8 months ago and every time maintenance has come to fix them he is rude and it doesnt get fixed Management failed to notify and send me paperwork for recertification on my lease which I signed the new lease 3 months ago gave it to me today and said if its not done in two weeks my family has to vacate It does not make sense to threaten residents when management has made an errornnVery glad that Cheryl is back but the young girl who replaced Brad needs to be retrained more ... hide ...

Wish I could post pictures of all the water leaking from the neighbor up above Not his fault but the ceiling is leaking all over the laundry room Have called and emailed multiple times to have it looked at and fixed but they never do They thought it Wish I could post pictures of all the water leaking from the neighbor up above Not his fault but the ceiling is leaking all over the laundry room Have called and emailed multiple times to have it looked at and fixed but they never do They thought it was the water heater when I told them it was coming from the ceiling Ive had to throw clothes away I come into the kitchen with water in the floor every night Black mold on the wall now but still nothing from management So tired of it Just ready to get out of here And got new neighbors about 6 months ago about 2 weeks later the apartment was full of roaches If nothing breaks your good But if it does just plan on fixing it yourself more ... hide ...
