My 93 year old mother has been living in these apartments since 2016, and when she first moved in the maintenance was satisfactory. However, over the past three years, their care for the tenants has been very inadequate. For example, the elevators often break due to cold weather and it can take a long time to get replacement parts, which can be especially difficult for those who are disabled and living on the third floor. Additionally, after a water leak in her apartment, it took over two years for them to repair the wall and paint it. Recently, one of her blinds broke and has still not been replaced. This may seem like a minor issue, but when the flood lights outside are blinding her at night, it becomes a nuisance. I tried to move the blind to the living room, but the same problem occurred while she was trying to watch TV, read, or knit. The corporate company that owns these apartments have no sympathy for the elderly who cannot fix these issues on their own. I have lived at Cobblestone for a few years now and really enjoy the privacy it offers The parking lot is big so I can always park close to mu apartment never too far of a walk I also enjoy that the 55 and up aspect of the complex too
