The management staff does a great job keeping the property clean and free of trash and litter. They are professional and respond quickly to any issues that arise. There was a mouse problem at one point, but the management took care of it promptly and sent a professional crew to address the problem. Fortunately, the mice are gone now. With good communication with the management, any issues can be resolved. It is important to keep your living space clean as some people do not, which can lead to rodent and insect infestations. The neighborhood is generally nice and I feel secure as there is a police station and fire station nearby. I also love the fact that I can go to the Delmar Loop to grab a bite to eat or do something fun. Although it isn't perfect, it is a very livable place and a great place to stay until you find your ideal home. more ...
