pretty expensive for low income apartments rent also goes up regularly its already overpriced to startnThey also do regular inspections where they let you know the day before hand that theyre going to come invade your place and tell you about how hor pretty expensive for low income apartments rent also goes up regularly its already overpriced to startnThey also do regular inspections where they let you know the day before hand that theyre going to come invade your place and tell you about how horrible of a tenant you are because your kid left their toys out on the floor or drew on the wallnall of the appliances are extremely old 1 maintenance man so it takes 6 months for them to perform any repairs on things that they ownnwere trying to get out but its hard to do when they give places bad reports about you regardless of how hard you try to be friendly with the office manager and maintenance guy I dont know anyone who currently lives here who is not trying to get awaynnPlease stay away for your own goodnIf you must move here make sure you are incredibly thorough with your walkthrough with maintenance if you overlook something thats broken you will be held accountable for paying for it regardless of if it was there when you moved in because you didnt note it on the walkthrough more ... hide ...

So far we have had a good experience living here Good landlorx and good neighbors Also the complex is gated and ur right n the middle of town
