When we rescheduled a pickup, they didnt take anything, citing damage. But there were items that would never be damaged by rain/snow, like a large plastic wash bin and some softball bats, not to mention that any rain damage is due to them missing the original pickup appointment. They also never returned our multiple calls, and never even attempted to ring the doorbell to discuss matters with us when they denied the pickup. Very very poorly done.
