I called to get pricing and information about the property and was initially greeted by Jackie who was very pleasant and polite My guess is that she was new because she wasnt able to answer most of my questions She politely told me that the property I called to get pricing and information about the property and was initially greeted by Jackie who was very pleasant and polite My guess is that she was new because she wasnt able to answer most of my questions She politely told me that the property manager JD would be able to help me with the information I needed My call was then transferred to JD who was completely rude and unprofessional I stated my name and told her that I had a few questions about pricing to which she responded by sayingnI dont have time to answer any of that I just had like 4 other calls before younBefore I could respond she hung up the phone Didnt bother to get any information or offer to call back at a better time This was by far the most unprofessional encounter I have ever experienced off the bat I hope the calls are recorded as a training is definitely in order more ... hide ...
