This apartment complex advertised newly renovated apartments, but the pictures on their site were deceptive. I was looking forward to the move due to the shutdown and COVID-19, yet when we got our keys, all my appliances were ancient. The oven was fr This apartment complex advertised newly renovated apartments, but the pictures on their site were deceptive. I was looking forward to the move due to the shutdown and COVID-19, yet when we got our keys, all my appliances were ancient. The oven was from May 1994, and it filled with smoke when we turned it on. There was a mouse nest inside the broiler area too! The dishwasher could have been manufactured before 1993 and the fridge from 11/99 had broken shelves plus drawers in its door. My son's bike got stolen off of our balcony during month two of living here; our neighbors' car had its license plates stolen their first night here as well. The complex is always dirty; people don't care about keeping it up or cleaning it. Faucets are leaky, carpets are old and stained with patches everywhere; oh yeah - there are also mice that seem pretty smart! We wanted to stay until we bought a house but now I'm not so sure because of pet deposits or rent for a feline friend. more ... hide ...
