I waited until I moved outgot my deposit back wow I got it fast to write this just so I could give an accurate review from beginning to end I lived here for 9 months The application process was easy plus if you apply for one apt with the management c I waited until I moved outgot my deposit back wow I got it fast to write this just so I could give an accurate review from beginning to end I lived here for 9 months The application process was easy plus if you apply for one apt with the management company it can be used for other properties they have They have an easy to use website for paying rent I got my deposit back quickly and they did not try to nickel and dime me on itnnJody has done a great job with this property and has a very responsive support staffnnThe courtyard is really pretty and its nice to have a poolhot tub for the price being paidnnIts an older building but theyve been renovating the rooms as people move out Its inexpensive for the Vegas area The maintenance crew does a great job keeping the property cleannnThe only downside is the immediate area The homeless in the area can on occasion not often be a problem Whenever there was a problem management was great about finding a solution more ... hide ...
