MORE AFFORABLE APARTMENTS PATERSON , NJ 7522

	RIVERVIEW TOWERS I (3/5) 150 PRESIDENTIAL BLVD , PATERSON , NJ 7522 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted total apartment units: 376, assisted housing category: subsidized - previously insured, contract term: 60 months, lmsa , between 101% & 120% fmr, 1bedr IamRetamichele (2.5/5) The new management Sabrina is very unpleasant towards African Americans . They discriminate and only accept applications from Spanish minorities. Also the building are infested with rats and roaches and bed bugs. Not to mention the crime rate is very high I witness a young man die he was gunned down in front of building 145 and died on the scene it was open fire.
