These apartments are awful! During the entire time I've been here, there has been no consistency. The current management and owners are totally impolite and unprofessional. The new maintenance man never appears and the new paint job is awful! I have drips all over my front porch and stairs. You are no longer allowed to have anything on the porch; they want it totally bare! If you have pets, forget it if you live on the second floor; your pet is not allowed on the porch. So, they not only miss out on having a yard, but they can't even enjoy a bit of the outdoors. Cars are broken into. The laundry room is totally wrecked and always dirty. There are only two working washers since the third one has been "inoperative" for more than five months. They need to put a quarter machine in there. There are no nearby parks for walking pets and the school next door does not permit dogs on its grounds. So, you are completely surrounded by industrial companies, a Dollar Tree, and an Office Max (if you don't want to pay for the expensive memberships). My boyfriend and I were approved to move into a two bedroom unit They had just switched management and began the process of getting rid of the lower incometax units We were grandfathered into a price for a particular unit which was exciting Howeve My boyfriend and I were approved to move into a two bedroom unit They had just switched management and began the process of getting rid of the lower incometax units We were grandfathered into a price for a particular unit which was exciting However they only offered a 6 month lease so we decided to look for a different place 6 months at that price then it would almost double not including utilities or anything else We did appreciated the managers help in trying to get us into the unit at that pricenShe said they would refund our money order back to us and this was months ago and I truly feel like we are just irrelevant to them I am a nice person and weve been understanding and patient but this is getting ridiculous and frustrating We are still trying to find a new apartment and we need that money to put towards another application The new manager Gloria was nice but I really dont like how weve been put aside for this long Pretty disappointing more ... hide ...

Unfortunately found out that the new management company does not care about keeping honest reliable hard workers Im very sad to find out that Raul has been let go after everything he has done for the community Ive been a resident for over 5 years and Unfortunately found out that the new management company does not care about keeping honest reliable hard workers Im very sad to find out that Raul has been let go after everything he has done for the community Ive been a resident for over 5 years and getting to know Raul was my pleasure He is kind caring and a very smart man without a doubt the best employee to work at lifestyle apartments Previous maintenance employees would provide bandaid fixes and usually have multiple service calls for the same issues Its not until Raul showed up that everything improved Raul installed lights outside making residents feel safer and overall comfortable with a well kept property on service calls hed be quick to show up and solve the issue on his first time out We will miss you Raul I hope they regret letting you go This decision shows that a terrible management company is now running this place more ... hide ...
