I lived in this apartment for a year back in 2015, and haven't been back since then. Wanted to share my experience while I lived there. Cons: When I moved in, there was an odd smell coming from the 3rd floor unit which got worse due to higher temperature. Didn't report it right away but then had to pay carpet replacement fees when I moved out as evidence showed stains on it. Management here could be a bit too strict and intimidating. Also, parking lot issues were frequent - once a month someone would take my spot which made me call the towing company eventually even though I tried hard not to do so as it made me feel bad about it. Things may have changed since then though - just keep an open mind if you move here! more ... hide ...

I am so grateful to have found Southridge, especially with Gabby, Kristine, Kai and all the other staff in management being so kind and watching out for us. Tony was equally helpful when I contacted maintenance - he sorted out my issue quickly. The maintenance team here are fantastic. I would never recommend these apartments. They've been the worst living experience I have ever had! The management never seems to know what they're doing and use the pandemic as an excuse for everything. Everything is in disrepair, with only major is I would never recommend these apartments.
