2022-06-16T23:43:04ZI applied for apartament for 3 bedrooms and the customer service is very bad they never answer calls or emails They told me that they were available I filled out my application and paid 185 to reserve the apartment apart from the application and wait I applied for apartament for 3 bedrooms and the customer service is very bad they never answer calls or emails They told me that they were available I filled out my application and paid 185 to reserve the apartment apart from the application and waited 2 months for it to be free When the date arrived Jonathan showed me a 2bedroom apartment and I told him that I had applied for a 3bedroom apartment he only told me that it was his mistake because he had a lot of work and that he was the only one with a lot of work that is not excuse but I told him to give me my money back since he no longer had 3 bedrooms Now I have to wait 30 days to get my money back I think they just want to steal the money And I have good credit and everything I dont understand more ...
