2018-11-28T23:15:46ZCarver Creek Apartments are like slum apartments Lots of changes in management in the five years that I was there And none of them were helpful and get and maintenance request posted No fulltime maintenance man could complete the task in an appropria Carver Creek Apartments are like slum apartments Lots of changes in management in the five years that I was there And none of them were helpful and get and maintenance request posted No fulltime maintenance man could complete the task in an appropriate time The air filters were only changed when I did it myself There is mold in the kitchen area on the first floor and mold in the lobby by an old airconditioning unit The apartment has several people who do drugs and also homeless people live in several apartments sharing rooms and throwing trash out the the door onto the ground Some people have lived there for more than 20 years and they think they own the place This is not a good environment to put someone and hope that they will be safe There is no security and no groundskeeper Not a safe place to live This is not a smoke free zone more ...
