I helped a group install a new playground here and plant shade trees. The neighbors were nice and the kids came out to help us. There is an after school program based in the complex too.

Old building. Lots of upstairs noise. Managements not interested and expects much from tenants regarding resolution of problems.Everythings about federal rules. Your tenant rights will be violated.
