In 2017 I was fortunate enough to live at Crestmore. Unluckily, when I moved in there were birds living in my laundry room with their droppings and dying babies. They said they'd remove them right away, but four days later they were still chirping in my residence.They did eventually take them out, but John never came to clean up the mess that was left behind. After two weeks of asking for a copy of the lease so I could have my rent prorated and trying to contact Jennifer (who seemed to avoid me), nothing had been done yet. Frustrated with having to keep my children away from this room, I cleaned it myself. Five months later and still no lease in sight, I decided it was time for me to move out; however Jennifer threatened me with how much it would cost if I broke the agreement before she finally gave me a copy of the lease – which she never did anyway! To escape this situation I paid her last months rent plus half of the next one as she requested; even though an August rent check went through without being processed until December! Despite all that had happened, here I am requesting back my 500 dollar deposit as Jennifer has not responded nor returned any of calls or messages after all this time. This experience has been incredibly disheartening as we were looking forward to saving money and getting out of a shelter – only for us feel robbed and taken advantage off instead. more ... hide ...

I resided at Crestmore Village for a time span of three years, and it was a generally pleasant experience. The only difficulty that I encountered was their tri-monthly apartment inspections. When I initially moved in, the office could be easily reached; however, after the complex's sale to another corporation, no one would answer the phone or return any calls. Additionally, they no longer accept names to put on their lengthy waiting list nor do they permit any type of pet. Despite this negative aspect, the maintenance for an establishment this large is commendable. more ... hide ...

Residents of this lovely complex are very well taken care of by its management; however, the wait to move in is two years long and new tenants may not have pets.

The area is terrific, offering a stunning view of the mountains. The staff are friendly and supportive, catering to a diverse range of ages. Living in the vicinity offers great amenities.

I've been living in Crestmore Village since August 2008 and absolutely love it! The neighbors are friendly, the atmosphere peaceful and the grounds are kept sparkling clean.
