Biggest apartments in Statesville and around everything But maintenance is horrible and grounds not kept up I lived there for 10 years and the first 5 years were wonderful but when Windush was sold it went down hill fast No more after school activit Biggest apartments in Statesville and around everything But maintenance is horrible and grounds not kept up I lived there for 10 years and the first 5 years were wonderful but when Windush was sold it went down hill fast No more after school activities and tutoring no maintenance to the buildings and sidewalks no pest control no painting trash overflowing everyday children running in the streets lights out for months in several buildings which was a safety hazardSo much more but it saddens me to talk about Hopefully the new owners will restore Windrush back to the beautiful apartment homes they use to be more ... hide ...
