The reviews are correct about the customer service In my apartment search I came upon a listing for a 3 bedroom 2 bath on the vineyard website It also states to call for pricing and availability I called and was immediately met with attitude from Mar The reviews are correct about the customer service In my apartment search I came upon a listing for a 3 bedroom 2 bath on the vineyard website It also states to call for pricing and availability I called and was immediately met with attitude from Maria who then proceeded to ask if I called before I stated this was my first time calling as the website directed me to call for information on the three bed room She then shortly cut me off and said they had no three bedrooms I have attached a picture below from their website where they list a three bedroom She then proceeds to tell me there is a waitlist but I must meet the criteria I said great what are the qualifications She gave a brief pause and stated I was trying to go over them I disconnected the call as the tone of her side of the conversation is not at all what I would expect from a property officennBut all the reviews on the customer services of this property seem to ring true after that conversation When people believe you are a certain demographic or class they tend to treat you a certain way more ... hide ...
