My third apartment home has been the worst experience I've had. Roaches have infested my place, yet the management has only sprayed once since I moved in in May and will not spray again unless they see activity. Roaches have infested my place, yet the management has only sprayed once since I moved in in May and will not spray again unless they see activity. Maintenance only spends a few minutes looking for the bugs and if they don't spot them, they don't spray, disregarding all the pictures I have of the cockroaches. Moreover, the walls are cracking, making me feel unsafe, and the sprinkler system going off in the apartment above me flooded my home but no apologies were made by the staff and they just told me to file a claim with my renters insurance. Furthermore, there is mold and mildew. I am very unhappy, anxious, and stressed in this place. I definitely would not recommend living here. Management will talk favorably to you but take no effective action. I am in the process of seeking legal aid to get out of the lease. Do not move to this apartment complex if you want your home to be a peaceful and comfortable living space. UPDATE: Still dealing with bug infestation, wall cracks, and poor management. I am getting out of this lease soon. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. The price may be attractive, but the treatment by management, the building's quality, and the cleanliness are all awful! more ... hide ...

My Fianc and I were in dire need a new place and we started looking months ahead and found the Landings to which to our surprise turned out to be a HUGE WASTE OF TIME I had just recently graduated college and during the tour of one of the apartments My Fianc and I were in dire need a new place and we started looking months ahead and found the Landings to which to our surprise turned out to be a HUGE WASTE OF TIME I had just recently graduated college and during the tour of one of the apartments which wasnt even updated we were advised to give a 30 day notice BEFORE applying and stupidly we took the advice We spent over 2 months going back and forth to their officeliving near 45 mins away at the time and having to extend the notice while also having my dad as a guarantor who lives 2 hours away yet he had to sign paperwork 2 3 times just trying to get information about leasing and the application We were soooo excited as well and then everything kept being pushed back up to a whole month because we were apparently on a waitlist that we didnt know about til the month I was suppose to leave my lease Not only that but the staff who at first seemed great ended up being incredibly unprofessional telling my fianc one thing when he called and telling me something different on a call the next daywe also filled out the application online and then had to come to the office to fill out more information which didnt make sense I wouldve just filled it out at the office and had it been done Ultimately it came down to moving time LITERALLY 3 DAYS OUT we were told to call back about an update and instead they are getting their office redone and not answering phone calls Then we end up talking to of the assistant manager to confront her since shes basically the only one who talks to any prospective residents She basically told us to A find someone to stay with temporarily for a month or probably more or B Find another place to live After that we gladly went somewhere better that was 5 mins away and we moved in that next day My new apartment complex is way better professionally than these guys The landings may have cheap rent but deal with it at your own cost more ... hide ...
