Dear LandlordsI am a 34 year old maintenance Worker with a Section 8 Voucher in Orange County NY I qualify for a 1 bedroom apartment under my section 8 voucher but I am open to accepting a studio apartment I am VERY clean NO pets SINGLE NO children and I like peace and quiet environments I am a 1st time section 8 recipient so this whole process is new for me I hope to move by FebMarch of 2023 I am open to renting in a home or apartment building but I do like a balcony terrace or open back yard of some sort I do drive so I would like a parking space for my car If given a chance I think a Landlord would be very proud to rent space to me I am honest clean and helpful I do receive Social Security benefits
