I have lived here on Galveston Island since December of 2019 and currently reside here I have been renting the unit I am in now through the Galveston Housing Authority Prior to this address I moved into an apartment located in Houston TX in October 2017 I moved out of the unit in December 2019 due to me being accepted as a public based voucher recipient here in Galveston We took a leap of faith and here we are now in search of a Beautiful home with an Outstanding landlord I would happily use both of these landlords where I have previously resided as my rental references I have a clean background with no criminal history According to my Credit Karma account My credit score is 600 What is affecting my credit score at the moment is student loans which I am in the process of setting up a new payment plan I am always applying myself to raise my score so that I can become a first time home buyer We would love to create harmony where we live and bring joy to the landlord that decides to work with us
