I am a single mother of 5 I have 4 girls 1 boy my son is 3 and my girls range from 716 Im looking for a 34 bedroom 2bath house My voucher is 2185 for a single family house which is what Im currently looking for lord willing my portion is 359 its my first time having a voucher so Im having to stay in Mesa Az I am currently employed with Community Bridges IncFull time its a behavioral health clinic I have 2 forms of income aside from my section 8 voucher Im eager to find a good location and home for me and my children I dont have any pets I am 31 with absolutely zero credit no bad credit But none at all so its holding me back from finding a home for me and my children I have good rental history no evictions always paid on time I really just need some one to give me a chance and I promise I wont let you down I have 1 vehicle at the moment its a 05 Nissan Armada My children are all in school full time other than my son I work nights stay home during the day with my son and work from 6pm430am so my schedule doesnt affect my children Im up at 6am like clock work even after a long nights work dropping off my kiddos and I rest very little my goal is to find a home and make it a home Also I am very OCD so Ive installed cleanliness into my Children and weve managed to keep a clean home just fine You wont have to worry Ive seen some videos of how tenants have totally destroyed properties and I believe this is why its hard for people with vouchers to find homes and again this is my 1st time having a voucher so if Im lucky Ill have a chance to prove myself worthy Thank you

Ive lived in the same place for the last 6 years so my rental history here has been kept before moving to Mesa I lived in Coolidge for 2 years and again good renting history My background is clean no charges of any or nothing of the sort I dont have any time to get in trouble Im focused on providing for my children I do not have any credit at all no bad credit but none at all I dont owe anything I am currently banking with Global Credit Union and working towards getting my very first credit card just so I can build some kind of credit but so far none at all this has been holding me back throughout my experience with a voucher and I have until October to find a home or I lose my Voucher so Im eager to find someone willing to give me a shot
