Lived in Lake Charles Louisiana until hurricanes displaced me to Lafayette Louisiana No issues with background checks and average credit score due to being displaced from hurricanes

No pets and we lived in a camper we owned mostly until last year when I was homeless and living in a motel I managed to get a place in Berlin but it was 500 monthly I couldnt afford that so I had to move out in a month I believe I want to stay close to where my daughter is now I ended up going back to the ex and it went right back to the way it had been so beaver falls is 2 hours from there Id prefer that if possible

I do not know my voucher limits yet I have me meeting on January 7th and will receive my voucher in February There is only me I am 56 years old female and I am in the process of getting a companion dog so I would like to have a 1 bedroom house if possible I am on disability so my income is constant and if possible would prefer a 1 story home due to my disabilities I have lived in my current home for just about 9 years but due to my partner and I splitting up after 14 years I can not take care of the place the way he can afford so it is up to me to move I have 1 vehicle 2013 Ford Escape and would love to have a yard if possible does not matter if it is front or back because of my dog I prefer to keep to myself which is another reason for wishing to have a home instead of an apartment

I currently live at 600 17th Ave SGrandview Terrace have for almost 9 years since my ex and i own the trailer he will be buying me out so that I can move the only time I had a problem paying the rent was in the very beginning when I was the only on working During this time frame I have been working on cleaning up my credit that was shot due to my first ex husband he got the house and I got the bills oh well My credit score is currently 654 which is over 200 points higher than when I began this journey
