1 12 mth lease 1 eviction due to non payment of rent after my apt and the apt below flooded due to a broken toilet line was awaken by the sound of rushing water only to find my apt had 4 inches of standing water that was from the toilet line breaking during the night water went thru the walls and down into apt below and the adjacent units Management was notified immediately and did little to fix the situation and make sure the walls and floors dried properly within days black mole had formed on walls and floors warped The unit began to have a damp putrid smell tenants were not relocated and management actually made light of the situation they did not send in any professionals to rectify the situation as I had to use towel and clothes to dry my unit for health reasons myself and the neighbors had to relocate without any assistance from management
