I just received my choice voucher with section 8 I am not working but am looking for a remote at home job and I am currently in reunification with my children through guardianship so a second bedroom is required even tho i am approved for one Section 8 said as long as the rent and other elements do not over exceed my limits the bedroom size does not matter And i am approved for 950 and my monthly ttp is 50 dollars which I cam afford I do not own a car yet but eventually will have one I have family that lives across bryant off of 46th Street that will help me and are as we speak I am just staying with them until I find a place and this house would be convenient and helpful in so many ways If I cannot find a job right away I do help with uber and instacart with some friends for money So making ends meet will not be a problem I have no dogs only two children under the age of 18 that i am reuniting with and doing the reversal guardianship with my mom This house would be a life saver and also a starter house for me and my childreni can move in immediately as soon as the housing authorities approves it

I have no rental history I have lived with family or my child father My credit score is defined not all great because I really have never had credit cards or bought things on credit
