Section 8 2 br house for 85 years In January 2022 my landlord broke my lease with section 8 permission to turn my house into an AirBnB forcing me into being homeless for 5 months My current apt finally opened up with 4 days left on my voucher so I had NO choice NOT happy herehalf the tenants have left after their June 600 increase Horrible crime area zero security 18 catalytic converters cut off in 1 yr 6 vehicles stolen 4 vandalized 3 bicycles stolen I was assaulted by homeless person Drug ring operating across from me Its a truly terrible area to liveIve not owned a credit card in 20 years so my credit is terrible I PAY MY BILLS ON TIME I REFUSE TO USE CHIME AND EXPERIAN WHO MONITOR MY BANK ACCT TO RAISE MY CC SCORE Are you kidding I earned 2 degrees from ASU was an art teacher for years and returned here for my health 12 years ago living in 2 Section 8 houses prior to 2022 paying my utilities and rent on time every month I planted trees and paid for the watering of them to grow 30 feet tall I strive to improve properties not degrade them I realize that I am very different from the typical section 8 tenant TIMES HAVE CHANGED My medical mysteries defy the medical industry so I do medical research to heal myself with natural remedies A place for an organic garden would be very helpful Im a healthnut not a destroyer
