Hello my name is **** **** I am a single black female age 42 I am Looking for a 2 br apt house condo townhouse whatever is available currently I have no children or No Pets I have been issued a Section 8 housing choice voucher from the winston salem housing authority located at 500 west 4th st st300 winston salem nc #*#*# hidden# in the amount of 1332 monthly including utilities which qualifies myself for a 2 br I was issued the voucher on #*#*# hidden# and i was Granted 60 days to find housing so my voucher will expire on 03222024i have done several applications and was unsuccessful and at risk of losing my voucher if i do not find adequate housing for myself so i have been praying someone with a kind heart hear some of my story and give me a chance I am A very hard worker respectful clean i have my security deposit if necessary and ready to make the transition from new york to winston salem I come from a very abusive relationship i left behind in 2019 I am not a victim i am a survivor first I have been tryna to rebuild my life on my own since then i came to long island and stayed with family until i was able to land a job as dietary aide making 1820 an hour 3 days a week i just started on #*#*# hidden# so ill have 4 paystubs next week to prove my income

For the last five years living in long island new york has been really rough but it was better than being in a domestic situation so from december of 2020 until march of 2023 i was fortunate to have a family member my first cousin Tanya lee who i currently reside with who allowed me to stay in her home rent free until i am able to manage on my own in march 1 of 2023 i as employed at bellhaven nursing home i entered a rental agreement with heatherwood of pine hills i thought i would be able to afford 1715 dollars a month and it was very hard but i wanted my own place so bad i ruined my credit by getting evicted because when i went for help it just was not there and now the eviction makes it hard for people to want deal with me and i understand i just would like you all to know god saw my struggle down here and granted me section 8 to help me with the rent i am thankful for that so i shared this to say i am a worthy tenant who promise to take care of your property as if it was my own keeping it clean smelling good and free of any damages pay my rent on time who is honest and will always move with integrity firstGod has not brought me this far to let me down now i thank any and everyone who took the time to read this i appreciate you taking the time out of your busy day thank you
