I have one eight year old child shes a girl and its just me and her Im 30 single mom looking for a two bedroom home anything that is a kid friendly neighborhood she is an outdoors Kid I have a IFA voucher which is Iowa Housing Authority my voucher limit is 1075 I can go over no more than 100 my rent does not have to include utilities IFA Program Is A little Different then Section 8 They Put Money Into my Account and I Pay you On the First Of every Month My Portion and There Portion Meaning you will get full Amount of Rent All At Once I will be On the Program until I can Get on Section 8 List and get a Voucher Which Maybe a year or two from now IFA Just requires you take Section 8 for me to be able to Switch over
