We are two disabled adults a female age 56 female daughter age 29 and our little 17 lb dog Lulu who is wellbehaved and housebroken We are actively looking for an apartment in Loves Park area or very close by We require a place that is near a bus route has package receiving and is on the first floor as we both have some mobility issues Inunit laundry is preferred however an onsite laundry facility would suffice We would need to be able to get postal delivery of packages to our address We are very clean and have a place that is very nice here in RI and would like to find a place equal to or better with good finishes 1 maintenance person100 units at least and in a safe neighborhood east of the Rock River As two women living alone our safety and security are paramount 755 without utilities to 920 with utilities included We would be moving from RI to IL to be with my adult son who already has his own apartment there He is a chemical engineer for Woodward Inc and is busy so my daughter and I will need to be able to use buses as much as possible He will be able to view the apartments for us and help with our transition We have loved our current management here at Oxbow and our maintenance men who have all been just wonderful It will be hard to leave here but I am sure there are other places of such good quality and character out there in Rockford My son is renting at Tulip Lane in Loves Park and he has vouched for the area

We have lived here at Oxbow Farms in Middletown RI for the last 5 years At first it was just me in a onebedroom and my disabled daughter came to live with me We tried having her sleep on a couch but due to her size and breathing issues we applied for a twobedroom After one year we moved into a twobedroom as she needed her own space as she uses a breathing machine to sleep and we keep each other awake Due to my disability I sleep with difficulty and moving around at night would wake her Also we each need fullsize beds due to physical disability We have been at this twobedroom unit going on two years now and we love it I have a garden out front with roses and peonies that each tenant is allowed if they choose We are tenants in good standing here at Oxbow which I am sure they will attest to
