Just a circus full of clowns. Waited and is still waiting on an application that is taking almost two months. I have called so many times and noone ever picks up the phone. I dont think anyone even works here at this poi nt. No matter how many times I call noone answers or calls back. I paid 40 dollars for an application to be processed and ended up waiting almost 2 months and I STILL have not heard anything from them even though I call EVERY Tuesday and Thursday (the only days they are open apparently) and nothing just an answering machine every single time. Do not waste your time or your money here. Its just a sad and disappointing experience. I personally think they shouldnt be in business at all. If I could I would rate -6 stars. This apartment is perfect! This is our first apartment. We have lived here for about 3 months now and we have no complaints. Everyone that works for Ashley Manor Apartments are extremely nice. Their maintenance has by fa r exceeded my expectations. I have heard several horror stories of other apartment complexes taking a while to perform maintenance so when our heat was not working I sent them a quick email and then headed to the store to buy a portable heater. I arrived home to find a note on the counter that informed me of the problem and that they have fixed it! The complex is very well taken care of. We have recommended this apartment to some of our good friends about a month ago and they have actually just moved into the apartments across from us. And thats even to good. Checked in last night ac/ heat still not working. Still wont answer at front desk. Fought with roaches the whole time. Its 5:43 pm no clean towels no kind of room check at all I have taken pictur es and video of the conditions. Will definitely not be staying here again and dont suggest Anyone else does either. I have contacted choice hotels to complain. Its very upsetting I am a care giver and this is the first weekend since before the holidays I have been able to take a break and this is what I get. Great job econo. And Im sure you are saying why are you still there well I paid for this room and well cant afford to pay for another one. I work very hard for my money. Chose to spend it on a weekend break. So like I said great job definitely not the pictures I saw when booking the room. more ... hide ...
