Roaches every where and when their pest control came they just squished the roach traps and left them in a pile one the floor. With all the roaches left in the traps. Office did nothing when I told them about pest contro l doing that. I have never had roaches in my life until living here. And the manger told me this apartment was move in ready and turned. That I should have seen it before I moved in. When theres an apartment full of roaches its not move in ready. They even had me pay rent then tell me I couldnt be in my apartment for 2 days and refused to give me any kind of rent credit. Then the manger told me they only spray the kitchen and dining area and living room. When i was told they sprayed the whole apartment even the bedroom. So somebody is lied to me. more ... hide ...

For the most part, this place was nice. Of course, its an apartment complex, and you might have to send some work orders to get things fixed, it is what it is. Parking could be annoying, a lot of people here have dogs an d cats, so expect to hear a lot of barking and cat fights. If youre someone that works remotely 100% of the time, Im not sure this complex is ideal for that. Its next to a very busy street with a lot of loud people living their lives, and it was very tedious having to explain background noises (or upstairs neighbor noises) when I was in meetings. Water will be shut off and come back on, and sometimes they let you know with ample enough time. There were times they did not though. Many times the water would be turned back on, not because they told you, but because youd find out yourself When I first started living here, I wasnt working from home, and I loved it here and was super happy. I only started becoming more annoyed when I began working from home. But it wasnt horrific. Everyone was respectful, with the exception of one girl who worked in the office, but I dont believe she works for the complex anymore. She never gave me attitude, but I heard the way she spoke to many other tenants and it left a bad taste in my mouth. more ... hide ...

Had a very bad experience here. Had a horrible neighbor complaining about noise, Calling me names through the walls 3 weeks in as soon as I moved there, Pounding on my ceiling. The apartments are like cardboard boxes, Yo u cant walk or be quiet enough for your neighbors not to hear you.The management company Offer was to move me into another apartment and make me pay the transfer fee, I declined. And a month later I had a \"mutually\" agreement termination And the jerk that started all of it got to stay there. So unfair Caused me a real financial hardship to have to move. Although Im happy to be out of there. more ... hide ...

i made up a name because I dont want no one to know because i am current resident. Office ladies I see they try their hardest to serve their residents what what their needed in a timely manner. They work together to maintain the property good my work orders always get done by the Maintanance guys I couldnt ask for a better home. Maritzza, Yanitza, and this lady that just started too very helpful good attitude always. I am happy to call Sedona pointe apartments my home. more ... hide ...
