This place is generally pleasant. Of course, being an apartment complex, you may have to make service requests to have things fixed. The parking situation can be a hassle, as many occupants here have pets, which can lead to a lot of barking and squab This place is generally pleasant. Of course, being an apartment complex, you may have to make service requests to have things fixed. The parking situation can be a hassle, as many occupants here have pets, which can lead to a lot of barking and squabbling. If you work remotely all the time, this location isn't necessarily the most suitable. It is near a very active street with constantly boisterous inhabitants, making it difficult to explain the background din (or noise from upstairs neighbors) during business calls. Water may be temporarily turned off and then come back on, with or without prior warning. When I originally moved into this building, I was not working remotely and I was delighted with it. It was only when I started working from home that I began to feel bothered. But it was not a horrible experience. Everyone was respectful, except for a certain lady who worked in the office. I do not think she works for the complex anymore. She never acted hostile towards me, but I heard how she addressed other tenants, and it left a bad impression. more ... hide ...

I really cant say enough good things other than, in 10 years of being there... I lived in 3 different units, and 1 prior in my younger days. But I loved the complex so much that I went back.
