3 stars because it could be worse. Lets see, main points 1. ROACH INVESTED you can spray you can lay traps etc you will still have roaches I bleach my kitchen daily and still have them my house is clean and they still in vest my place. They dont give a crap an wont make it mandatory for the building to get sprayed though, so youre Sol. 2.ROSA the office lady who is in a relationship with the maintenance man who has a wife and children. You can often catch them doing anything but working which includes long disaperances to Rosas apartment, long strolls on the golf cart and going in the office and locking the door. Rosa is LAZY you wont be able to catch her in the office unless youre lucky because shes never there she also never answers the phone so dont count on that either. So many broken things pool gate cameras that dont work so if someone messes with your stuff dont even bother asking to see the cameras, theyre for looks. This chicks a piece of work but I cant go on itll take all day. Overall its Hispanics every once in awhile theyll bump loud music until 1a.m but other than that its a quiet place. Its old and not up to date maintenance is no good Rosa sucks at her job and theres roaches galore and some ghetto questionable people on one side. Good luck glad I moved more ... hide ...

Melissa and Charlotte are fantastic always friendly and willing to take care of whatever you need. Hector and the rest of the maintenance staff always greet you if youre walking by and are friendly. This apartment co mplex is dog friendly so keep that in mind if you dont love dogs but for dog lovers just know that everybody is sensitive to each other because we have bigger dogs and little dogs here. The pools are nice and quiet great exercise room and did I mention the staff? It really helps to have nice people running where you live and efficient too, of course . this is the literally the WORST apartment complex ive ever been in Roaches all the time they said they were coming to spray and they did once and there was still a ton of bugs i constantly asked to get sprayed again never happen and when it came time to try and get my security deposit back theyre trying to tell me my apartment has to be cleaned professionally and i have proof that other tenants cleaned my apartment in order for me to move in tried to charge me for a month of utilities that was covered by the pima county eviction program theyre soooooo shady stephanie is nice and willing to work with you angela on the hand is so beyond the definition of a slum lord and shady person i didnt damage anything i cleaned the carpets with a rug doctor and theyre still trying to keep the security deposit DONT MOVE IN HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! more ... hide ...
