This apartment has a very long history of being a very neglected by the owners. Theres multiple stairs that are falling apart, not like wobbly but like the cement is falling out of the bottom and there are large hole s in some of them. A lot of the metal on the stairs have rusted so bad to the point were I would 100% be afraid to even touch them. I have personally never lived there or rented from them but I deliver over there all the time and every person Ive ever met thats lived there has absolutely hated it and said that all the apartments have bug and rodent problems and the property managers do not care. The main property manger also likes to threaten and harass anyone that is there. She one time even told my friend she would get her children taken away from her because she wouldnt leave the property. They have been known to double charge people on rent and then charge people for months of paid rent after they have moved out. They dont notify you that you have money due they just send the debt to collections without letting you know first. The laundry room they have on property almost never works or is always flooded when raining. If you can find anywhere else to live. This place has always been terrible and I dont see it ever changing. -sincerely a concerned citizen more ... hide ...

The apartment manager backed other tenants up when they attempted to break and enter and made me sign an agreement to leave because I called the police in my own defense. If you disagree with the apartment manager about ANYTHING your safety isnt guaranteed. I also got accused of breaking a window that the previous tenant broke. I agreed to pay for it because I felt I had to for my own safety. Also this added to my already serious case of PTSD. more ... hide ...

They dont care about making reasonable accommodations for residents with disabilities they would just rather threaten to take your housing away instead of providing the reasonable accommodations paperwork to your doo r clip, instead you find a demand or repossession letter. I find that there are also other residents who have modified their balconies, and Im the only one Alicia chooses to discriminate against. Also, I dont know how they determine who is qualified enough to be property manager, but the current property manager at (camp) tantra lake is by far the worst property manager. I say camp because of the large amount of people who camp on the property. Camping is illegal in Boulder. Alicia could care less if you explain your disabled condition, and she is non empathetic period. For me what makes a good manager in general is if you are aware of residents needing accommodations and you go out of your way to make your residents want to stay by providing those provisions¦but she wont do that. since Alicia has taken over Ive seen more people leave then rent¦ shes lazy, and gives away preoccupied garages¦ she doesnt follow through on garage requests either, and Ive been waiting for over two months, and she harasses only me when it comes to my balcony, and there are others on the backside of the building with modifications but for some reason Im the only one whose not allowed, and Im requesting to modify because of a documented disability¦. !!!!!! I have never disliked living somewhere as much as Ive disliked the property management that Boulder housing partners continues to allow to run down tantra lake, and if my words matter, which Im pretty sure they wont¦ firing Alicia, and replacing her with a property manager who cares about the residents, and whether or not they feel welcome here, would be a giant step towards success! more ... hide ...
