I called this housing and asked to speak with a manager about the American flag that they have up. Its an absolute disgrace! Its faded and torn to shreds. She told me that they normally handle this situation but the new flag has not arrived yet. I fail to believe that they \"normally\" take care of things like this when it is very obvious that they do not. I suggested that they take down the flag and wait for a new one to arrive. She hung up on me. Wow. I cant believe the disrespect she showed me and I cannot believe the disrespect they are showing to our country. No doubt there are residents that have served in our military or know someone that has. Show respect to our service members and country. Take down the flag and wait for the new one. After both emailing and calling went to rent a car for a week. You could clearly see vehicles in the garage but was told that there were no vehicles to rent and they wouldnt know when I would be able to rent one.

My wife and I have lived in the apartment complex for a while now and I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone looking in the Greeley area. Any time we have had an issue in the apartment (which honestly does nt happen a lot, everything is in good condition) the maintenance team has always got it done either that day or first thing the next day, and they always do a great job! Management is VERY kind and helpful, we have never had an issue with the management. Luis Castro and Ashley Gonzalez are always polite and dont just see you as a resident they take the time to get to know you! The property is very well maintained and clean. Its nice to have a gym on the property with 24/7 access, and a pool that is very clean as well. The apartments, for being an older complex, are very clean and tidy, I have had very few issues with my apartment! I dont have to drive very far to work, its close to entertainment as well as restaurants or shopping, which is GREAT! I would DEFINATLEY recommend Franklin Flats Apartments. more ... hide ...
