I currently on my second year here. Things I think you should know, ask and understand before moving here..( AC)in summer time expect to pay 200-300$ because the insulation in these apartments are trash. The Ac is always breaking or leaking(they are putting new ones in but only for people who really need them)make sure you ask if your apartment will have LIGHTING because it was really upsetting to have NO lights in my bedrooms just a fan and other apartments have them. If you are looking at the LOFTS just know it gets really hot upstairs. The TUBS are painted so expect some chipping. The sliding glass doors are a joke you cant even use the screen. PARKING!!! Is so bad here I have a 7month old and there are times Im walking 3buliding down from my apartment. Washer and dryers are available in unit ( I found this out after a year and 2 months of living here to find out 2 months later they are included in new lease) just please make sure you really ask and inspect the Apt your gonna live in not all of them are like this but its very frustrating when you have to live in a place you call home and it isnt what you expected. Im still here because I had my first child a few months before my lease was up and who wants to move with a new baby more ... hide ...

This apartment community has done a 360* now that its under new ownership. Love the staff the complex manager is awesome and treats everyone with the upmost respect with an open door policy. Maintenance is great they get your issues fixed quickly. The whole place got a facelift with new roofs, paint on exterior. Kitchen, bathrooms and floors have been remodeled. Going on 4Yrs. ago I would have never recommended this complex. Now I Proudly recommend this as a home even if its just a stepping stone. We even have a security company that watches over the so that you may sleep peacefully at night. I read some disturbing reviews about bedbug issues. I can say personally that we have never had any issues with such things. And it is my personal opinion that any such problems left with the previous owners. We have an excellent pesticide company with regular treatments as well as when you feel like you might need an extra treatment. And for my favorite on site amenity. A wonderful pool and area to relax. All in all a great place to live close to everything and safe for the KIDS!!! more ... hide ...

Moved in one month ago. View from the top floor out over the river and north Miami is excellent. The apartment is well built, gym and pool areas are clean and worth using. Parking is limited to one space, but it is safe and secure. Street parking our second vehicle hasnt been a big of a headache as I thought it would be, and there is usually a parking space around the block. It seems safe but I dont plan on my leaving valuables around.All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Elizabeth who is always so caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. She seems to juggle many tasks quite well and is always professional and relatable. more ... hide ...
