Strongly do not recommend living here. New management feels no obligation to communicate or make itself available. Office often locked up with no signage; phones rarely work, messages never returned, emails never returne d. Work orders not followed up on.After a google search, I actually think office number and website have been changed without notifying residents. Temps in the 90s and pools been locked up for weeks - no explanation. Last week posted notices on apartment doors giving 1 day notice for mandatory inspection demanding pets be crated daily for a full week (cruel).No pride taken in community ... overgrown trees scrape buildings, which are covered with webs/gunk so bugs swarm and bite, outside lighting terrible. Valet trash, hauled away on car tops, slides off sometimes.Cant use freezer (maintenance didnt know how to switch fridge door handle now it doesnt stay frozen); scary mysterious clicking sound behind electric panel; 3-cycle dryer. Several water emergencies in this unit alone. Tub peeling underfoot. Much more, just depressing. Mail delivery here is a nightmare. I am working on 3 recent claims; as well as filing ANOTHER USPS complaint (NO mail when I first moved in for 3 weeks, they just couldnt change the key or something....) more ... hide ...
