I would not suggest living here at all. The new management team does not appear to feel obligated to communicate with anyone or make themselves available. After searching online, I believe the office number and website have been changed without informing the residents. During the hot weather, the pools were shut for a long period of time with no explanation. Last week, notices were put on the apartment doors with one day's notice for a compulsory inspection requiring pets to be caged daily for a whole week (which is cruel). The community is not taken care of; overgrown trees scrape the buildings, which have webs/gunk and bugs swarm and bite, the outside lighting is poor. The valet trash is carried away on car tops and often slides off. We can't use the freezer as maintenance did not know how to change the fridge door handle and it does not remain frozen; there is a scary clicking noise from the electric panel. There have been several water emergencies only in this unit. The tub is peeling underfoot. There is a lot more to mention, but it is all very depressing. Mail delivery is a nightmare here. I am working on three recent claims and filing another complaint to the USPS as when I first moved in there was no mail for three weeks, they just couldn't change the key or something. more ... hide ...

Very pleased with my new home Beautiful complex and very pleasant staff Ive lived in some really troubling complexes so I really appreciate how wonderful the environment is here Highly recommend
