The on duty manager is rude, she harrasses people and makes the REAL rules clear but then goes back on the rules and MAKES HER OWN. She picks and chooses who she is nice to, and the people who come VISIT their family mem bers at villas of mt dora get accused of doing things that are not true and treats visitors as if they are CRIMINALS!. Shes very judgemental and honest to God needs her place as Manager on duty taken away. You are allowed to have a vistor 14 days out of 45 and youre suppose to call her and let her know EVERY TIME SOMEONE VISITS OR STAYS THE NIGHT and if you dont she threatens to evict you... She says it cant be different people in those 14 days that stay over or visit just one... This is PURE ridiculousness, this isnt a military base, this is a place for people to consider their home and with that people should be able to have their family members here without there being an issue or being threatened to be evicted.I really hope someone above the M.O.D intervenes and trust the renters over her word because theres A LOT of people complaining about her.... Please fix this or i wont be able to visit my grandfather without saying something. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PRISONERS nor little 15 year olds so stop breathing down their necks. I think you would be perfect as a teacher but not as a manager.By the way the maintenance man is very nice and does a great job, at least he looks out for the renters at the Villas and treats them all equally. This place is decent and the repair ppl come threw . Its just your neighbors that you get . You can work 12hrs out the day and have fight for a parking space near your home that you paid for. Its literally three cars to each apartment and you can even enjoy the luxury of what you paid for. They should have the people thats not on the lease park in visitor area and at least put number parking for each apt . This is everyday struggle for me . I have fight for parking space since are new neighbors move in and they put chairs on the parking space even lounge its terrible. Im so over it. I rather pay for nice townhome with a nice parking spot . more ... hide ...
