No maintenance, a bunch of issues and once u put work orders in the next week nothing was fixed nor was anything done to help the situation. There is leaks all throughout the apartment complex in every apt not just certa in buildings but its every single last building. I moved here due to being closer to the beach and hearing it was quite. Instead I should have moved to the hood. Ive been dealing with this complex for 3 years and nothing has been fixed. I have leaks, window busted out, glass door missing due to maintenance taking it for whatever reason Im still clueless to, no water pressure at all, dirty roach invested light fixtures in the ceiling, beer bottles and trash thrown throughout the parking lot and unit building Im in. STAY FAR AWAY FOR 1800 A MONTH THIS IS DISGUSTING. Cant even use the pool half the time cus there is bricks thrown in it and the waters normally dirt green. I dont understand why its even like this. U see trashy people tell them clean up they space or its a violation of the lease. more ... hide ...

This place is trash from the buildings to their policies. They treat their tenants like money trees and try to shake every cent from them. They want far too much money than this place is worth. The pool is always disgust ing, the gym never gets cleaned, the laundry rooms are always broken, the insides of the apartments are outdated, there are dead mice everywhere on the property. They want to increase rent yearly but fail to put any of that money back into the community into a meaningful way. I advise you very very strongly to not live here. and dont tell me to come to the office to discuss further. NOTHING HAS OR WILL CHANGE! more ... hide ...

Parking parking parking! How can you offer reserved parking with such limited space!? It makes no sense! There should be a limit for example.. 30 reserved spots and divide them by area. When it is full THATS IT! People h ave no where to park and you want to charge extra for it when I live here and pay rent??? Charge the visitors or something but this is ridiculous. Do not offer something that isnt available and is inefficient, worse something that is an ongoing issue here. Trying to captialize on the small space already bout reserved parking .The grounds are not big enough to facilitate reserved parking!! stop this now more ... hide ...
