Coming from a former resident, I have absolutely nothing good to say about this complex. The office staff is incompetent, maintenance failed to fix any of the major issues we had in our unit, it is not in a safe area, an d they charged a ridiculous amount for damages and did not work with us on anything.Let me explain: The office staff cant answer any questions you ask them and are constantly annoyed whenever you call or show up to the office. Maintenance failed to fix our A/C unit after it broke multiple times and blamed the heat on our TV. They also came to fix a leak 6 times in the bathtub because they couldnt get it right the first time. The complex itself charged $660 for a carpet replacement even though they forced me to have the carpet cleaned prior to move out, $115 for a plastic piece in the fridge, $30 for blinds that were missing when we moved in, and $300 for paint when we didnt paint to begin with and left the unit exactly as we found it.If youre looking for a decent place to live, try to not pick this complex as the residents dont mean anything to the landlord or owner, even though we are the sole source of income for them.If I could leave no stars I would. more ... hide ...

Anything owned or managed by Ped Cor is rubbish . You cant even find a number that links to anyone with the company online and if you do and you call and leave a message they wont call back . Ped Cor owns Arron Lakes off of Cortez Road as well and after Ped Cor bought that place it went to the crapper and two of the buildings burnt down because of lack of upkeep of the buildings and property . more ... hide ...
