I am a new resident of one of One Stop Housings properties. Their staff is absolutely amazing and made the entire process of signing the lease, getting approved, and moving so smooth and seamless! I cant say enou gh positive things! Theres nightly security on property, multiple laundry units. And even a massive swimming pool! I understand the rent has gone up here since I lived here 2/3years ago. At the time I started in a studio for $845 which wasnt bad for the area. Never had a big issue with bugs and never had a problem with theftOutsi de the place does look pretty dingy compared to the apartments around. Especially since they changed to The Park at property managers. They put this ugly reddish brown and tan color on everything which makes the apartment complex look so dated. But the units are updated nice countertops nice cabinetry. Which really is what matters.However none of the units have washers and dryers in it. And two out of the three laundry facilities usually are down especially on the weekends. The laundry situation was the main reason I decided to leave.Things I did like where that the location is great! So close to the bridge to go to either Saint peter Clearwater but also close to town if you want to go downtown/hyde park. Also so close to the airport that if you take a lot of trips I would recommend this apartment complex or another around here! The office people are nice. Theyve helped me in a few binds when Ive locked myself out of my apartment or lost my keys. And also during Covid they didnt raise the rent which is great! I never felt unsafe or anything I would walk around the neighborhood on Memorial, and around Bay crest all the time more ... hide ...

This was the worst place Ive ever rented. There were roaches all over, even after tenting. Management was rude and disrespectful. I was not able to get issues resolved without a hassle.Bad experience doesnt say e nough honestly. There were so many issues, these pictures show only two issues and this wasnt the worst headache by far.If you want to know the truth about this place look at all the 1 and 2 star reviews first. Even the old ones are still relevant. When things started to go wrong I wanted to know how I didnt know what to expect. I realize now the 1 star comments dont always come up in order, but I had most of the same issues.This may look like a place thats not that bad, but do your homework first. Ask around and see what people say. Some people may be afraid to speak up but some will be honest. The way I was treated here was not right. I would hate for someone to experience what I did, it truly was terrible. more ... hide ...
