I been living in Cedar forest for years and I always had a good experiences with all the management team and the workers. They up keep with the outside and the inside of the apartments, they do their best to accommodate and help as much as they can.I personally love Cedar forest and I love that we have so many things close by, that if we wanted to or have to we can just walk to. the pricing for the apartments are worth it. The apartments are spacious, they have 2 layouts for the 3 bedrooms, the pool is huge and always kept clean, theres a laundry room if you dont have washer and dryer, there a gym, a park for the kids, a huge trash compactor. Very little times it will have trash out there because some people dont follow directions, its easy-to-use, walk up the steps open the door, throw the trash in and then close it. But besides that the workers keep up with it.They have the porter who drives around and cleans up any (if) trash thrown around.I do wish the pool was open till 10pm but because of some people not following rules it closes at 8pm but really I think its perfect because quietness after 8pm from the pool area.I personally have been blessed to live here and I hope who ever takes my apartment after I move has great experiences at Cedar forest like I have.P.s people always mention roaches and cedar forest has pest control but also you have to keep up with your apartment and remember you have neighbors as well, our building we all use the same powder for roaches that has been recommended and it has helped us tremendously, I mean come on its Florida just clean up after yourself and I mean that with all the respect and love. more ... hide ...
