I enjoyed the remodeling of the buildings explained by Mrs. Iris Riviera. She smiled throughout her whole conversation as she described each manager. Her knowledgeable vision of Josephs Village future plans made me. also feel the passion....uuummmm what a moment.....to be at a facility where managers truly care from inside out and not only do it show, BUT you can feel it as Mrs. Riviera talked. Awesome-pure...awesome. Word of mouth is easy after you come and experience managers who work like FAMILY and treat your loved ones like the royalty they deserve. I rented a unit for one year and three months. We completed our one year lease and was on a month to month lease. We gave a 30 day notice all thats required by law and then received a summons for a lawsuit that managemen t put through trying to sue us for 4,000 for not giving a ninety day notice this was illegal so it didnt work but it did go into our rental history witch was the goal.We also suffered through a roach infestation that Ive never seen even in Florida. They told me I couldnt have a appointment because its against their policy. I asked how well I know when they come then. I was told I just have to be there. So they maybe came out 3 times. Every thing was geared towards stealing or deposit witch they succeeded in doing. I would describe them as psychopathic. more ... hide ...
