1 year update: this place is absolutely horrible. Management does not care about its tenants, prices are increasing by almost 40% which is inconsistent with the market. Speaking of inconsistencies, residents are being ch arged all sorts of varying rental costs for the same exact properties.Management fails to provide security, there have been multiple shootings in our parking lot, homeless people bathing in the pools, blatant trash left by the very contractors management hires, thrown around as a hazard. (See photos)Almost every building has at least 5 empty units and management is increasing rental prices to justify THEIR financial losses.I advise to steer clear of this neighborhood unless you want to have vagrants build a camp behind your unit, or want to wake up to the sounds of gunshots, ambulances, police, stupid car mufflers, and ridiculously loud music.As far as management, they will be really nice to you until you attempt to exercise your rights as a tenant. The moment you speak to your rights, management immediately vilified your and they stop treating their tenants with respect.I would give this place negative stars but their ONE saving grace, their maintenance crew is not that bad.With the exception of not picking up hazardous materials left around.Absolutely love this community. Love the amenities, the ease of access, and the superior attention from Ana Toala. She is the stapleOf this community. She made the entire application process a breeze and is probably the gem of this community. My only reason for my 4 star review is my apartment is next to a noisy intersection. Besides that though, the apartment is immaculate, the Google Nest has helped me save on electricity and I LOVE the valet trash service. Hands down an amazing community. more ... hide ...

The maintenance worker, Fransisco, provides great service. He works very hard to make sure everything that needs to be repaired is done in a timely manner.

Lakeside is the by far the worst community Ive lived in. I have filed numerous complaints with management about my family being sick while living in the apartment. My family and guest has experienced allergies, asthm a, and nasal congestion.I filled complaint, after complaint regarding my AC unit and the air quality in the apartment with the (old management) and (new management) team, requesting MOLD and air testing.I cant negate the property manager Jennifer doing the best she could to help me because she did. However; after one year of complaints, a new AC and new flooring in the bedrooms was installed but, my family was still feeling sick and I complained again. Jennifer has been aware of my familys medical history while living here and the regional management team still refused testing.The regional manager and regional maintenance manager came into my apartment for 10 minutes, walked and look around then stated, theres no mold present, theres no musty odor and they will not perform any testing because theres nothing to test.Any professional who is in real-estate, and is a manager of a maintenance team would know, MOLD doesnt need to be visible, mold can hide behind anything( walls, flooring, AC ducts etc)Thats why air testing is another option when mold is not visible on the outer exterior. .However; I got the air quality test done on my expense and the test came back positive for MOLD and the levels are HIGH.Please, all present tenants and future tenants BEWARE.You get what you pay for. more ... hide ...
