Same issues as everyone else, moved in November and there have been two shooters (one victim the leasing office said was a prostitute) as if her life didnt matter, and how does that make the situation any bet ter? I had men yelling hey white girl as I was followed to my door. One lady had a man knocking on her door at 3 am. Parking spots are too close- my car alone has been side swiped 3 times. When asking to leave the community the office acts like we are being dramatic- we have a child and genuinely do not feel safe and rather than wanting to help us they just want more money. When signing a lease they dont go over options with you like they claim they did, I was being a bother going in all the time and calling with questions. The gate has worked 1.5 months out of the 9 months weve been here. We cant wait to leave and recommend everyone stay far away unless youre prepared to protect yourself. They just want your money, they do not care, and they will not help. Its your job to call the cops over any situation because if you dont- its unimportant and last time we called cops over gunshots all they did was walk around and then leave. Super funny now that we went to the office with concerns they ALL OF A SUDDEN are looking at fixing the gate. P.s you can find nicer apartments in gardens for the same price and bigger- $2400 in west palm is a joke. I have cameras all over my apartment and patio because of how anxious this community has made me.Update: Id like to comment that we had to CALL for our lease renewal 8 days before a 60 day notice of ending lease was due so to the guy below that they said they give 75 days, thats a lie and its crazy that they think people can figure out where to live in 8 days when they raised rent from 2130 to 2570 with not ever actually fixing the current problems. And management commented under saying to reach out, I did. No response- shocker. more ... hide ...

I am not a resident of this property but I am a contractor whos has been doing work here for the last 6 years. Im with Piper Fire Protection and we preform there fire extinguisher inspection each year. Darren the manager and his staff are one of the best office and maintenance personnel I have the pleasure of working with. They are very good at what they do and they work hard at making sure I have everything I need to take care of there needs. I do alot of complexes like this, as you can probably guess, and this is a very clean and well kept community. I hope I get to work with them for many years to come. Nice and Quiet Community.. my Neighbor is Older and Extremely Noisy. Shes always concerned and asking my family if they are on the lease, if they spend a few nights. Last weekend she saw fit to ask my husband and myself if our two four year old and Eleven year old nephews were on the lease. After they were running around and obviously to her making too much noise due to her Disabled house guest. Lord, by far I have saw him prior to last month not handicapped or disabled. He may be hurt but not disabled. Besides that, why is it her business if they are on the lease? We didnt choose this apartment. The one we were given the option to choose was given away by mistake. Besides, NOT my fault THAT the one bedroom was designed to be walked next to my living room. God bless apartment #7.My husband and I are a Nice young couple and respect others and mind our own business, Wed appreciate the same, From both young and older people. more ... hide ...
