Probably One of the worst apartments you can rent from. Theres a new office manager every other week so nothing ever gets done. Weve had to get our floor redone countless times because of it giving out. There s mold everywhere. In the bathroom, the laundry room, under the sink. Doesnt matter how many times you clean it. It always back the next day. If you have a problem with the another tenant they dont do anything about it. Theyre now trying to raise the utilities for new applications because theres a water leak somewhere on the property that they cant find. (Has been going on for months.) the point is they never truly fix what needs to get done. They put a bandaid over it and hope for the best. more ... hide ...

Started renting here in June and the level of detail and compassion and caring that the original property manager had was better than anything Ive ever experienced. About a month or two ago the management changed and ever since then its been absolutely horrible. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests ensuring me theyll be completed but never get follow up or completion of those work orders. We dont like them to come in when we arent home and they arent willing to accommodate us to make sure that someone is home while theyre completing work orders. The original property manager when we moved in her name was Jess and she was fantastic. She would actually even call us to make sure everything went well and that everything was completed to her satisfaction. If it wasnt she would make sure they came back to look at it again. She was the kindest and most friendly person Ive ever come across while Renting and I wish they would have kept her with us because it has completely changed our opinion of this complex. The apartments are very nice and we enjoy ours but the lack of communication when needing things fixed is just absolutely awful and something needs to be done more ... hide ...
