I lived out here 10 years ago and the management and staff were the most disrespectful people Ive ever met in my life. Ronnie Cole and Kim Sawyer blamed and charged me for the fixings maintenance did to my apartment. The y claimed \"our maintenance men wouldnt use these types of materials.\" When you have regular maintenance included in your rental agreement, why in the world would I buy materials and do it myself??? Especially when I have no clue how to do household repairs and no money. I went to the person above them (Angie Scott) to try to get some justice but instead I was treated worse. Her words were simply, \"Sue me because youre getting no where with this conversation.\" At this point in my life, I never been treated like this before by anyone so I was in total shock. I bought a home, moved away and never looked back. There were other incidences that I could speak on but Id be typing all day. Low-income housing has its pros but more cons than anything. Management has probably changed since I lived out here and I really hope it has. But I discourage anyone from living out here. more ... hide ...

Everyone in the office is great Except the assistant manager Natalia Espino, NEVER have I ever spoke to this lady a day in my life and she was very rude when asking about a charge I felt was not right charging over 700 f or a carpet that would have been cleaned after leaving when there were no stains and no damages thats ridiculous and insane its like when you dont renew people tend to be very rude, I loved my apartments up until speaking to Natalia Espino more ... hide ...

They are not going to get rid of those rude people in the office, yall need to talk with your county commissioners and landlord-tenant about the living conditions. They just bully the tenants constantly, because they kno w they cant fight back. I have never seen people getting belittled like this. Sad situation.
